Ruff Musero is currently an unsigned rapper/producer who was inspired and started writing at the age of 15 and has since been trying to make his mark in the S.A. music industry. Born Musa Theo Khena, Ruff Musero grew up in Katlehong, a township in the Eastrand, Johannesburg where he discovered his talent as a 15 year old grade 10 learner at Thoko Thaba High School. Doing performances at local gigs and also charity work for orphanage homes and local pupil graduations helped Ruff Musero make his name known around the community and his neighborhood. Although things didn't go quiet as a young dreamer expected...as a youngster, Ruff Musero took a few years of non productivity and came back to work as a young adult in 2012 and has since worked with several local upcoming artists who as him...are still trying to make a mark in the industry. Ruff Musero is an artist/producer doing Rap, inspired by local and international sounds, comes the birth of Soul Rap, a sub-genre fusing Soul music rhythms and Rap music.
